On October 19th, we purchased a few (Thali chain,thiru mangalyam and few silvers) of jewelry for my brother's wedding. Mr. Lalu Chetan was exceptionally adept at understanding customer expectations and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. He provided a clear explanation of the discount offered, which we found to be reasonable.
I am aware that this shop (Thanjavur) is situated in a rural area, where many customers often expect substantial discounts. It can be challenging for managers to meet these expectations. As a result, some shops may inflate the initial price estimate, only to then show a reduction, creating the illusion of a significant discount.
However, our experience at this particular shop was quite different. I felt at ease making multiple purchases, as all the jewelry displayed excellent quality. Mr. Lalu Chetan's thorough explanations left no room for negotiation or haggling, yet he still extended a discount, which we greatly appreciated.

Amazing collection... They've got seperate sections such as wedding, jimiki, choker necklace and a separate floor for diamond jewellery. Very good service. We'll get complete satisfaction purchasing from here. They even let us photograph the jewels so that we could WhatsApp it to our parents who were at home to select. A must visit jewellery :)
